Remember I blogged about my involvement with some Psychologist colleagues? I have been auditing Mike Y’s class on Judgment & Decision Making (JDM) this semester, while it requires extra commitment, the class has been awesome!!
He just sent me this Psychology blog: Punishing video game violence: Does it reduce aggressive behavior? Wow, another study by Craig Anderson related to violence and video game. Sweet! I find the comments to be as interesting as the blog itself… 
I did a presentation with the Brain & Cognitive Science group of the Department of Psychology today. We had some very interesting exchanges. I was rather surprised that they let me finished all the slides before asking questions. 
(I was warned beforehand that I may not make it past slide #4.)
Majority are graduate students, but there were several faculty. Eric Jacobs seemed interested in the Information Trails platform. I feel good about the presentation, and hopefully we (Michael Young, Eric Jacobs and myself) will get to do more together. Given the close proximity, it would be a shame not to collaborate.
Anyhow, they called it the “BCS Prosem”. I wonder if it means Professional Seminar?)
